File management and contacts
You provide approvals, certificates, plans, manuals, photos and links to URL’s and videos. Your client has the ability to add more of their own files. Add contacts likes trades, consultants and suppliers.
Invite customers
You invite clients to activate their account by email. Every email from the inndox platform carries your company brand. They accept by simply added their own password for security. They can share the account with a partner.
Your client pays you for inndox
Your clients get an inndox logbook with your branding to help them manage their home or investment (including your warranty). You charge them $220 or $1,000 depending on size of the project.
Access on any device, anytime
You and your customer can access project handover documents, contacts, warranties, and maintenance, and more. Clients can log in from your website home page for an enhanced “Client portal” experience.
Sharing
