inndox is the global standard for storing and managing asset data that facilitates faster transactions that result in greater transparency, equity, and sustainability.
We want people to be able to buy an asset and not be ripped off. We think if someone is investing their life savings and 30 years of paying a mortgage then they have the right to know about any material issues before they commit to the purchase. This right extends to those leasing a building and to those people buying other significant assets like a caravan, a first car or an industrial building and equipment for their business venture.

Founders
Trish Mackie-Smith, co-founder and CEO of inndox.
A former property lawyer and co-founder of Australia's most awarded building consultancy, Trish recently won the Proptech leader of the year 2022 from the Australian Proptech Association. Trish also won the HIA 2019 Women in Building & Construction Awards - Business Development Professional and was a finalist for Optus MyBusiness Businesswoman of the Year 2016. She has led a campaign to improve seller disclosure for property buyers that is currently before Parliament.
Trish is a speaker and exhibitor at PropTech events including: the PropTech Summit, Sydney 2018 and Urbanity, Brisbane 2018, Women in Digital Business 2019, Fishburners Australian Property Institute Proptech PItch 2019 and EduCon 2019 international conference for Building Consultants.
In her spare time, Trish loves to be with her family and play tennis.
Andrew Mackie-Smith, co-founder
Andrew is Australia’s most awarded Building consultant.
Winner of Master builders Qld Building consultant of the Year 2017 and 2018. Also winner of Your Investment Property Magazine - Best building and pest business in Australia in 2018. Andrew is a prolific author and appears in national media to provide expert advice on building matters.
Andrew was the founding community lead for StartBUILD Proptech Brisbane.
In August 2019 Andrew gave presentations at the EduCON international conference in NSW. This is the biggest conference for Building consultants in Australia. In 2022 Andrew presented at the Jim’s building inspection national conference in Queensland.
