How it works

We partner with companies so they can provide an inndox digital logbook to home owners to help them move in, manage and sell the asset.

For example: A custom home builder partners with inndox and now offers an inndox logbook to each homeowner as part of their process. The homeowner pays the builder a set up fee for inndox . The builder uploads the plans, approvals, certificates, manuals, contacts, maintenance and warranty information to inndox. The homeowner then receives the inndox logbook and they can use it to help them move in and manage their home.

The homeowner cannot delete information provided by the builder but they can add more files, contacts and maintenance reminders.

When its time to sell, the homeowner will share the inndox with their agent to give the buyer all the information they need to feel comfortable about the purchase and once the deal is done, the inndox is transferred to the new owner so they can take over the management of the property and the logbook that goes with it.

A former property lawyer and co-founder of Australia's most awarded building consultancy, Trish recently won the Proptech leader of the year 2022 from the Australian Proptech Association. Trish also won the HIA 2019 Women in Building & Construction Awards - Business Development Professional and was a finalist for Optus MyBusiness Businesswoman of the Year 2016. She has led a campaign to improve seller disclosure for property buyers.

Trish is a speaker and exhibitor at PropTech events including: the PropTech Summit, Sydney 2018 and Urbanity, Brisbane 2018, Women in Digital Business 2019, Fishburners Australian Property Institute Proptech PItch 2019 and EduCon 2019 international conference for Building Consultants.

In her spare time, Trish loves to be with her family and play tennis.

Andrew is a seasoned entreprenuer. He is also Australia’s most awarded Building Consultant.

Winner of Master Builders Qld Building Consultant of the Year 2017 and 2018. Also winner of Your Investment Property Magazine - Best Building and Pest business in Australia in 2018. Andrew is a prolific author and has appeared in national media to provide expert advice on building matters.

Andrew was the founding community lead for StartBUILD Proptech Brisbane.

In August 2019 Andrew gave presentations at the EduCON international conference in NSW. In September 2023 Andrew will be one of the speakers at the Association of Professional Builders annual Summit.

Andrew enjoys the gym, being outdoors and time with family and friends.

An Inndox folder is set up for each property and the Client is provided with their inspection report, together with professional contacts and other useful information. The Client can add their own information such as insurance policies and trade contacts, and receives automated reminders that help them keep their property maintained. The Inndox logbook can also be easily shared with other stakeholders such as a Property Manager or Solicitor. Also, one of the main benefits of Inndox is that access can be can be passed on to successive owners of the property so that the history of the property is retained.
