Alerts
Your residents or tenants of public buildings may forget to prepare for storm season. inndox will send reminders for them to clean out their gutters, replace smoke alarms and renew insurance policies. With inndox, it’s also easy to set warranty expiry alerts.
Critical info
Insurance policies, photos of insured items, emergency plans. Your residents and tenants can access everything from their phones anytime. Self-service reduces your admin burden and gives residents 24/7 service. It’s the service most people expect nowadays.
Due diligence
Flood damaged or Bushfire ravaged properties can have a stigma attached. Sellers & Landlords can present their “digital twin” app with that property’s climate resilience tech - at sale time and when negotiating a new lease - to reassure the buyer & tenant that the property is well-prepared for the next disaster.
How it works for heritage buildings
All the document management, maintenance management, defects management (if recent works have been completed), warranty expiry alerts, fire safety and emergency management
Authorities can provide the climate app or suggest heritage building owners use it to meet their obligations to store information and manage the heritage building. e.g. paint colours, DA conditions, asbestos register,
Information can be shared via the app with authorities, heritage architects, trades and others
The app can be used for seller disclosure to buyers and transferred to the next owner at time of sale giving the new owner the complete known history of the property and way to manage the building

Disasters like floods, cyclones, storm surges, and bushfires are occurring with greater frequency and intensity. These events cost tax payers billions of dollars every year to get back to normal. Anything government can do to reduce this huge and growing cost needs to be leveraged before costs get out of control and start affecting the delivery of other essential services.
All levels of government face the challenge of helping residents accept urgent responsibility to get ready for the next disaster so they are more resilient in coping with these events and recovering from these events.
inndox now offers an app for Disaster Preparedness as part of everyday home management. Homeowners will now receive timely reminders about disaster prevention measures along with the appropriate resources to help them be prepared.
-
Homeowner residents can sign up through the Government authority website. They will be guided and reminded to prepare an Emergency Plan and Emergency Kit. They will also have the ability to upload photos of insured items and critical documents like Insurance policies so their insurance claims can be processed more quickly and they are on the road to recovery faster.
They will automatically receive seasonal reminders of preventative measures; they can share the information with other members of the household or with their tenants and property manager whenever they need to.
-
All commercial properties such as schools, hospitals, shops, offices, and factories can also use inndox climate app. This will help get the community back on its feet after a disaster.

Authorities can stop at any time by providing 30 days written notice to inndox.
If the authority decides to stop using inndox, the following sequence is triggered (at the end of the paid maintenance period) to protect authorities and residents:
Residents will be notified that the climate app is no longer sponsored by the authority and will be directed to an option to use inndox as their property's "digital logbook" for their home and other high-value assets such as boats, recreational vehicles, farm machinery, jets etc or deactivate the account.
Residents that do not wish to use other inndox products, will have 30 days to delete or download data that they uploaded at no cost.
If a resident does not respond to any emails, inndox will securely store their data for a period of 5 years on their behalf. During this time, residents will be able to reactivate their accounts at the going subscription price. This will be useful in the event of a major disaster affecting the resident who may wish to access their data such as photos of insured items.
If the resident decides to deactivate their account or we have not heard from the resident for 5 years, their data will be deleted. While the residents have their data on inndox, it will be kept secure and strictly confidential as per the inndox privacy policy.
