  • If you decide to go ahead, we will arrange an “Onboarding session”. During this session, we will get your business logo and images to create a customized account so your customers see your brand on their account and all reminder emails.

  • We will help you set up your admins, custom templates, file management, issue log, contacts, and reminders and show you how to get the most out of using inndox.

  • After your onboarding session, we will stay in contact to answer any questions you may have and guide you through using inndox.

  • Our intuitive design and onboarding session will have you up and running in about 45 mins with full support afterward.
