  • From $199 p/month for your first 500 logbooks

    Your customer pays you $220 (small jobs) or $550 (larger projects) to set up inndox for them. You keep this fee. Some of our clients prefer to provide inndox to their customers complimentary.

    $330 paid to us to provide an onboarding setup with your brand and custom templates or set your self up and save the fee.

  • inndox is a digital logbook for major assets like residential and commercial property, caravans, boats and vehicles. inndox is used by Companies to provide a fast and easy handover and automate after sales service to help owners manage warranties and maintenance.

    inndox also empowers property owners by giving them control of their property records and maintenance while ensuring available data is their to be easily transferred to the next owner.

    inndox can be shared with a prospective buyer at sale time to give them confidence that the home (or other asset) has the necessary approvals and certificates e.g. Flammable cladding clearance, Pool safety Certificate, Electrical safety Certificate, Certificate of Classification, Gas Safety Certificate and all other property related records the seller wants to share. This creates a lot of confidence with a buyer to pay the maximum sales price.

    This logbook can be then be transferred to the new owner when the asset is sold and kept up to date by the new owner. If the asset is still under warranty the new owner will be sent regular alerts about warranty expiry dates and defects management (if this was set up by the company sponsoring the inndox logbook).

  • A logbook is a what we at inndox call a digital record of the asset. You create a logbook using our “templates” and then handover to the client when ready.

  • Yes. We have a Privacy policy that treats confidentiality very seriously. We have bank-level encryption and your records are kept secure on AWS cloud servers. The same ones used by Governments and Fortune 500 companies around the world.

For Property developers

  • Yes! inndox has Cloning that allows you to 'copy' a logbook. Once copied, simply change only the address and any other unique details and save the logbook.

  • Professional Builders know that the days of leaving a few manuals and the garage remote in the kitchen drawer are long gone. Customers today expect a better experience.

  • Your customers will sent an email explaining that you are no longer sponsoring their logbook. They will be given 30 days to download any files or they can opt to pay $19 per month to maintain all the features of inndox.

For Real-estate agents

  • Meet seller disclosure legal obligations

    Seller disclosure is either mandatory or recommended. It's also good for business because it shortens sales times.

    Provide seller disclosure information to buyers by presenting a “logbook” of information to the potential buyers. They can access all the information from the seller - like: Seller disclosure statement, building approvals, floor plans, appliance manuals, warranties, videos, contacts for trades and consultants that have worked on the property and more.

    This will build confidence and encourage faster buying decisions and position you as a trusted advisor.

    An automated email goes to the new owner (and all successive owners) from your brand advising them when maintenance is due and you can share your list of trusted home pros to help them.

    inndox reminds the customer to contact you for an annual appraisal. This means you are “top of mind“ when owners and future owners go to sell or need to recommend an agent they trust!

  • Agents subscribe for just $199 per month (Professional plan) and then sellers can pay you $220 for their inndox to be set up by you. As long as you use inndox one per month - all your costs are covered.

For Owners

  • You can get started with inndox by creating logbook for yourself. If the logbook is provided to you by a company then they will be sponsoring the logbook.

  • This is what the Owner sees when they log in to inndox. It can store files like Plans, Photos, Videos, Contacts and much more. It can manage Warranties and Maintenance. You can also share inndox with trusted persons like your Solicitor or Property manager.

  • Easy. Just select the folder you wish to share and then click the 'three dots' actions button and select 'Share' and fill in the name and email of the person you want to share access to that folder.

    TIP: For rental property. Share inndox with your Property Manager so they can upload files like: lease agreements, entry condition reports, maintenance receipts, exit reports, contacts, handover files from the builder and more.

  • When the property is sold the seller can transfer the property to the new owner. The function is found on the Owner logbook under the ‘three dots’ action button at the top right of your screen.

For Multi-family

  • Structural integrity management is an important responsibility for the Condo Board or HOA board. By using inndox the Board members have peace of mind that they are compliant with the requirements to store and share critical building data including Plans, Engineering reports, Reserve study and more.

  • The inndox issue log allows owners and residents to report building issues as they are noticed. The user can snap pictures and describe the issue and where its located. This ‘issue’ is recorded on inndox and an alert is sent to the appropriate person to action the issue. Its a good idea to separate structural issues from routine maintenance with the assistance of the Building Manager and Property Manager.

  • They can and should handle these issues on your behalf. However the law requires an association to manage their own records including structural Integrity. If the board members change or the property (association) manager changes, the inndox logbook for the property is still available and present to ensure the ongoing management of the Structural Integrity for the building. This is imperative for risk management and compliance.

  • Disasters like floods, cyclones, storm surges, and bushfires are occurring with greater frequency and intensity. Anything managers can do to reduce this huge and growing cost needs to be leveraged before costs get out of control and start affecting the delivery of other essential services.

    If you deactivate your account we will email all of your customers that received an inndox logbook advising them that you will no longer be sponsoring their account. They will be given the option of signing up to use inndox themselves and pay only $19 per month for up to 10 logbooks OR they can download their data for free.

  • When you handover the logbook to the customer from inndox, make sure the "Issue log" button is set to "ON"

    Let your customer know that they can report a warranty issue from their phone or Ipad when logged in to inndox app using "Issue log" feature.

    A company account user can also record an issue into inndox once you are made aware of it.
