Laws require the Condo Board to maintain their own records INDEPENDENT of their professional manager. INNDOX does this for you! Your Property Manager will get full access and will help keep the records up to date for the current and future boards!
Provides instant access for committee, property manager, owners and tenants to the Structural Integrity information on any device.
Gives owners a way to report structural defects to the Building Manager and Engineer. Provides a dashboard to view defect status.
The inndox digital twin with the history of the building is then transferred to new committee, owners, tenants and managers - so they can continue with the Engineer’s service and have access to the status of Structural integrity in accordance with the legislation.
