How inndox can help
inndox is a property management software that creates a “digital twin” of your property for condo owners, builders, property managers and condo associations to manage important information about a property to help comply with the new Structural Integrity Legislation.
For example: A builder or property manager partners with inndox and offers an inndox to each condo owner. The builder uploads the plans, approvals, certificates, manuals, contacts, maintenance and warranty information to inndox. The homeowner then receives the inndox and they can use it to help them move in and manage their home.
The homeowner cannot delete information provided by the builder but they can add more files, contacts and maintenance reminders.
When its time to sell, the homeowner will share the inndox with their agent to give the buyer all the information they need to feel comfortable about the purchase and once the deal is done, the inndox is transferred to the new owner so they can take over the management of the property and the records that goes with it.
