Your inndox is sponsored

You have been provided with the multi-award-winning inndox app by a sponsoring company. The company may be a Builder, Property Developer, Real estate agent, Property inspector, Luxury Boat maker, Caravan Manufacturer or Motorhome Manufacturer. You will be charged a setup fee of at least $220 by most companies. This is a one-off fee. After set up the company will sponsor your account.

As long as they continue to sponsor your inndox you will be able to use the features at no cost to you. If the Sponsor discontinues the sponsorship you will be given the option to continue using the inndox app by taking a subscription for just $19 AUD per month.

Warranty and maintenance alerts

We are all so busy that it’s nice to get a reminder advising when a warranty is going to expire or scheduled maintenance is due.


Some alerts will be set by your sponsor

Your sponsoring company can set up maintenance alerts for you. Make sure you action necessary maintenance to maintain a current warranty and keep your asset in good condition.


Manage your warranty claims

Your sponsoring company can provide you with a warranty claim feature. This enables you to report warranty claims to the company. You should add a few photos and a description of what the defect is and where it is located. You can also mark the issue as urgent if that is appropriate. You can chat with the company about the warranty claims. It’s best to keep all of your communication in one place.

Set up your own alerts to your phone calendar

Set warranty expiry alerts and maintenance alerts that sync to your local calendar. Works for Google, iPhone and Outlook.
