Thrilled to celebrate another HUGE win for our inndox team at the Proptech Association Awards 2024!!

These prestigious awards celebrate the outstanding achievements and groundbreaking innovations of companies and individuals shaping the future of property technology (Proptech) in Australia.

inndox is being recognised globally as the tech solution for creating property logbooks for easy owner-management and automated maintenance throughout a property’s life-cycle. inndox has entered the USA market to address new “Condo Safety Laws” and Seller Disclosure Laws bringing transparency, safety and informed decision making for all the stakeholders into the future. We are very proud of our achievements and grateful for the recognition from organisations, industry and government for supporting the role of innovation to create smart, safe & sustainable cities of the future. 

• Just some of our achievements over the past 12 months include:
  Entered the USA and New Zealand markets.

• Developed & delivered new technology and processes for new overseas markets.

• Completed a Trade and Investment Queensland export program for overseas trade preparation.

• Completed another TIQ “Investment Readiness” program led by Deloitte for investment preparation.

• Received the Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Grant for Women in Business to fund marketing of inndox to real estate agents in Queensland.

• Received direct support from TIQ reps based in New York and Queensland, 

• Received additional support from Queensland Commissioner for Small Business, State & Local Government authorities, the Proptech community, REACH Australia, REACH USA, REISA, REIQ, Building4.0 CRC, Monash University, and the U.S. Ambassador to Australia, Caroline Kennedy, American Chamber of Commerce, the US Embassy, Select USA Global Women in Technology, Australian Embassy and the White House.
